Rooted Carrot Co-op Market (RCCM) in the Iowa Cedar Valley area recently launched its capital campaign to raise $1.6 million dollars using a first of it’s kind Contact Relationship Management (CRM) tool designed specifically for co-ops.
The system, in it’s infancy is improving everyday with the great feedback and testing provided by the RCCM volunteer crew. The tool is designed to allow start-up grocery co-ops to keep track of owners (and those who have yet to become owners!), transition into a data management tool when the co-op starts raising money and ultimately transition into a point of sale system when the store is open!
