Katie was lucky enough to get to work with the folks at Bay City Cooperative Market in Bay City, Michigan to help select and train their brand new Outreach Coordinator, Robin Deveraux-Nelson. Katie met weekly with the Outreach Coordinator and as a result Bay City saw significant owner growth. Bay City utilized grant funds to help hire Katie to ensure their first employee got off on the right foot.
