In years past, consultants have offered this option AT the conference but last year I initiated the opportunity to book 30 FREE minutes with me AFTER the conference. That way you don’t have to miss out on any conference sessions or networking to take advantage of this opportunity.
If you or anyone from your co-op attended the conference, please sign up for one 30-minute session per co-op. There is no cap on attendance – include as many folks from your co-op in the meeting as you’d like and be sure to send me the topic of conversation ahead of time. This your time – so we can talk about whatever you’d like.
My friends at Bay City Cooperative Market booked their FREE 30-minute session to discuss implementing a short-term owner growth promotion. It was an excellent use of 30 minutes and allowed us to brainstorm ideas and generate an action plan. They kicked off their 20 Day Ownership Drive on October 11 and it runs through October 31. They’ve paired the promotion with a local community event, which is an excellent idea.
