Katie grew Green Top Grocery’s ownership from just over 100 owners in 2013 when she was hired to nearly 1,700 owners at store opening in 2017. Through trial and error Katie developed systems, processes, teams and relationships that when used together result in proven owner growth.
Co-ops that Katie works with use the techniques, advice and resources that she provides reporting improved owner growth, increased volunteer involvement, positive social media stats, and improved community engagement.
