Kansas State University Rural Grocery Initiative has some awesome resources available for rural grocery stores – including co-ops – on their website. I had the privilege of meeting a few cooperators from Kansas State University and Up & Coming and a subsequent meeting and was blown away by the wealth of resources on their website for smaller communities
